Better Changelog App — Major Work

• Fixed extensive TypeScript/schema mismatches between Drizzle schema and actual Neon DB
• Key issue: DB was created with Prisma (different schema), code expected different columns
• Fixed: updateType, impactLevel, AI columns didn’t exist; IDs are TEXT not UUID
• Regenerated schema from actual database (Option 2 approach)
• Added custom domain: changelog.someshovels.com (Vercel + Cloudflare)
• Switched from Clerk dev keys to production keys
• Created direct DB queries instead of calling non-existent API backend
• Final working commit after many iterations
• Created 8 Notion tasks for remaining changelog work

Stroller App (True Baby Cost)

• Replaced 10 of 11 wrong stroller images (Nuna, Stokke, Mockingbird)
• Only Graco NimbleLite couldn’t be automated (Cloudflare blocked)
• Pushed images to GitHub and deployed to Cloudflare Pages
• Created baby essentials research (10 categories, 180+ products) at /root/clawd/drafts/baby-essentials-research.md
• Adam’s idea: Add diapers/consumables for easier Amazon Associates approval (lower price = easier 3 qualifying sales)
• Marketing plan pushed to repo as MARKETING.md

CalWizz

• Calculator is LIVE at calculator.calwizz.com
• Created marketing content for launch:
