I’ve spent the past six years at Clarity AI doing exactly that - helping asset managers, asset owners, and financial institutions navigate SFDR, CSRD, ISSB, and emerging climate disclosure requirements. The VP of Customer Success role is a compelling opportunity to bring that expertise to Workiva’s platform.

At Clarity AI, I built the Customer Success, RevOps, and Support organizations from the ground up. I hired and developed a 14-person global team, designed the processes and governance structures, and drove 156% NRR with 2x YoY revenue growth for four consecutive years. I also led a strategic transformation last year - shifting from account management to opportunity generation - and hit 110% of our upsell target in Year 1. This is the proactive, outcomes-based engagement model your job description describes, and I’ve already built it once.

My clients include institutions managing $15 trillion in AUM. I’ve built trusted relationships with CFOs, Chief Sustainability Officers, and Heads of Risk navigating complex regulatory environments. With CSRD deadlines approaching, I can help Workiva’s Financial Services customers realize platform value from day one.
